1. No automatic procurement decision
Ravore.AI does not make final procurement decisions. Supplier selection, tender participation, contract award, pricing decisions and commercial negotiations remain the responsibility of the user, customer or procurement committee.
2. AI output requires human review
AI-generated outputs may include summaries, structured RFQs, lot breakdowns, supplier matches, tender classifications, recommendations, comparisons, scores, draft emails and reports.
These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or based on limited information. Users must review and validate all outputs before relying on them.
3. No guarantee of supplier suitability
Ravore.AI may help identify, rank or evaluate suppliers based on available information, semantic relevance, category match, contact quality, history and other signals.
This does not guarantee that a supplier is legally registered, financially stable, technically qualified, compliant, available, authorized, certified or suitable for a specific contract. Users should perform their own supplier due diligence.
4. No guarantee of tender completeness
Tender Alert and tender classification features are provided for convenience. Ravore.AI does not guarantee that every relevant tender will be found, that tender data is complete, or that deadlines, requirements or source information remain unchanged.
Users must verify tender details from the original source.
5. No legal, tax, customs or financial advice
Ravore.AI does not provide legal, tax, customs, financial, engineering or professional advisory services.
Information generated or organized through the platform should not be treated as legal advice, tax advice, customs advice, financial advice, technical certification or official procurement approval.
6. Technical specifications
Ravore.AI may extract or structure technical specifications from user-provided documents. The user remains responsible for verifying standards, drawings, quantities, technical requirements, certifications, delivery terms and compliance conditions.
7. Prices, currencies and comparisons
Ravore.AI may normalize offers, currencies, delivery terms, taxes or other comparison fields. Such calculations are for decision support only. Users must verify final prices, exchange rates, tax treatment, customs duties, delivery conditions and payment terms before making commercial commitments.
8. External models and third-party services
Depending on the deployment configuration, Ravore.AI may use third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, email services, analytics, integrations or other service providers.
Enterprise customers may request dedicated infrastructure, regional hosting or other deployment models subject to separate agreement.
9. Beta and early-stage features
Some features may be experimental, beta or under continuous improvement, including AI supplier search, offer parsing, supplier scoring, tender classification, local models, integrations and automation workflows.
10. Final responsibility
The customer and its authorized users remain responsible for procurement decisions, supplier communication, contract terms, legal compliance, internal approvals and final business outcomes.
