1. About Ravore.AI
Ravore.AI is a B2B AI procurement platform that supports procurement request processing, supplier search, tender alerts, supplier catalogs, offer comparison, reporting and integration with customer systems.
Ravore.AI does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, agent, legal advisor, financial advisor or procurement decision-maker. Commercial relationships remain directly between the customer, suppliers, contractors and other third parties.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, procurement rules and internal company policies.
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform;
- upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;

- use the Services to send spam or unlawful communications;
- reverse engineer or copy the platform except where permitted by law;
- use AI outputs without appropriate human review.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- the accuracy of uploaded procurement data;

4. AI-generated outputs
Ravore.AI may generate summaries, recommendations, supplier rankings, tender classifications, comparison reports, draft messages and other AI-assisted outputs.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or require human review. They do not replace professional judgment, legal review, technical review, financial review or procurement committee decisions.
5. Supplier information
Ravore.AI may provide supplier profiles, categories, contact information, matching, ranking, quality signals and interaction history.
Supplier data is provided for workflow support and does not guarantee that a supplier is legally, financially, technically or commercially suitable. Customers should perform their own due diligence before entering into any contract or transaction.
6. Tender Alert
Tender Alert may provide notifications about tenders, deadlines, categories, summaries and source links.
Ravore.AI does not guarantee that all relevant tenders will be captured, that every notification will be complete, or that a tender remains open, valid or unchanged. Users must verify the original tender source before taking action.
7. Accounts and access
Users must keep login credentials confidential and notify Ravore.AI of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
The customer is responsible for all activity under its account unless caused by Ravore.AI’s proven breach of these Terms.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, limits, billing periods, usage quotas, additional users, AI searches, storage, integrations and dedicated infrastructure may be defined in a separate order form, invoice, proposal or subscription plan.
Ravore.AI may suspend or limit access if fees are unpaid or if usage exceeds agreed limits.
9. Integrations and enterprise deployments
API, ERP integration, dedicated servers, regional hosting, on-premise deployment and custom workflows are subject to separate agreement, technical scope and pricing.
10. Intellectual property
Ravore.AI, its platform, software, interface, workflows, models, documentation, brand, designs and related technology remain the property of Ravore.AI or its licensors.
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded procurement data, documents and private supplier information, subject to the rights required for Ravore.AI to provide the Services.

Any liability cap, if applicable, should be defined in the commercial agreement, subscription plan or order form.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, creates security risks or fails to pay agreed fees.
