3. AI processing
Ravore uses AI and semantic search technologies to support procurement workflows, including request analysis, supplier matching, tender classification, document review, offer comparison and report generation.
AI output may be generated by different models depending on the task and deployment configuration. For enterprise and data-sensitive deployments, dedicated infrastructure, regional hosting or local/open-source model options may be discussed separately.
AI-generated results are provided to assist users and should be reviewed by a human before business, commercial or procurement decisions are made.
4. Customer data and private supplier bases
Customer data, procurement documents and private supplier databases are intended to remain separated from other customers’ data.
A customer’s private supplier database is not intentionally mixed with another customer’s private database. Access to customer data depends on the agreed workspace, user permissions and deployment model.
5. Legal basis for processing
Depending on the applicable law and the context, we may process data based on:
- performance of a contract;
- legitimate business interests;
- consent;
- legal obligations;
- security and fraud prevention;
- customer instructions when we act as a service provider or processor.
6. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- cloud infrastructure providers;
- email and communication providers;
- AI model and technology providers where required for service delivery;
- analytics, security and monitoring providers;
- professional advisors;
- authorities where required by law;
- integration partners requested or approved by the customer.
We do not sell customer procurement data to advertisers.
7. International transfers and data residency
Depending on the selected plan and deployment model, data may be processed in different regions. For enterprise customers, regional hosting, dedicated infrastructure or on-premise deployment may be available by separate agreement.
Where required, international data transfers should be handled through appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit trails and enforce agreements.
Customers may request deletion or export of their data subject to contractual, technical and legal limitations.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, infrastructure security, logs and other safeguards.
No system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for managing their own user access, passwords, internal permissions and the accuracy of uploaded information.
