Demo · how it works

The whole procurement process — step by step

Six processes from an incoming request — for goods, services and maintenance — to the final offer. Below: what happens at each step, the sub-processes inside, and how it looks in the product.

  1. 1Understanding the request
  2. 2Supplier search
  3. 3Request for quotes
  4. 4Offer comparison
  5. 5Final offer

Intake and understanding the request

A request enters the system in any form — email, file or plain text. Ravore reads it, parses attachments (including scans via OCR), brings it to a single structured form and splits it into lots. It also flags what's missing in the request.

Two-way communication · Customer: we clarify what's missing in the request

  • Upload from email, file or text
  • Document parsing and OCR of scans
  • Structuring items into a single format
  • Automatic splitting into lots
  • Gap detection and clarifying questions

Supplier search

Search runs in three stages: first Find suppliers in your internal base, then Smart Match in the shared external base, and finally AI Search worldwide or local. So you use your trusted ones first, and the market is engaged only when needed.

Two-way communication · Supplier: we confirm contacts and availability

  • Find suppliers — from your internal (trusted) base
  • Smart Match — from the shared external base
  • AI Search — worldwide or local
  • Contact enrichment and relevance filtering

Request for proposals

A supplier request and a dossier for archive or management are generated automatically from the request. Requests go to suppliers directly, without intermediaries, and replies are collected in a single inbox.

Two-way communication · Supplier: we send requests and receive replies

  • Auto-generated request and request dossier
  • Direct outreach to suppliers — no intermediaries
  • Branded signature and a single template
  • Inbox for replies and attachments

Offer comparison

All received offers are brought into one table. Prices in different currencies are normalized by rate, items are matched per lot, and each offer gets a score — the best is visible at once.

Two-way communication · Supplier: we clarify terms and offer details

  • Collecting all offers into one table
  • Currency normalization by rate (CBAR)
  • Matching by lot and coverage
  • Scoring and ranking offers

Based on the best offers, Ravore helps assemble the final offer for the customer or management — neatly formatted and ready to send.

Two-way communication · Customer: we align and send the offer

  • Assembling the final offer from the best ones
  • Formatting for the customer or management
  • Ready to send or print

Tender Alert

Ravore collects tenders from every tender platform (not only government procurement), classifies them by category and sends alerts to subscribers — each gets only what fits their profile, without manually searching hundreds of listings.

Two-way communication · Subscriber: we alert about relevant tenders

  • Data collection from every tender platform
  • Tender classification by category
  • Alerts to subscribers — only what's relevant

What Ravore does beyond the core process

At the core of everything

A smart supplier base — your business catalog

This is not a static list, but a smart business catalog: 3,000+ companies across 18 locations, with profiles, categories and contacts. Search runs by meaning — the system understands what you need and finds it even without an exact name.

  • 3,000+ companies across 18 locations — and growing
  • Profiles, categories, contacts and region
  • Semantic search — by meaning, not keywords
  • Your trusted suppliers — separate from the shared base

End-to-end process

Constant two-way communication — with customer and supplier

Across every stage Ravore keeps in touch with both sides. Messages and clarifications arrive and are processed automatically: the system receives them, understands the content, prepares replies and updates the request, offers and statuses — without manual ping-pong.

  • With customer and supplier — both sides
  • Constant two-way contact and clarifications
  • Auto-intake of incoming messages and attachments
  • Auto-detection and parsing of content
  • Replies prepared automatically
  • Request, offers and statuses updated on the fly
